BUTI yoga is a unique practice. To make it even more unique in honor of spooky season, Misty is making it Metal! A rock playlist sure to knock your socks off. ;) Buti is known for its cardio-intensive bursts of tribal dance, primal movement, and whole-body conditioning. Created by celebrity trainer Bizzie Gold, it's designed to offer a calorie-scorching, body-sculpting, and dynamic yoga practice. During this fun style of Buti, we’ll paint our bodies and glow in the black light as we move our bodies to the beat. This two-hour experience includes a mocktail and fruit medley as well!
